All tasks available to Web Central, Smart Client, Smart Client Extension for AutoCAD, and Smart Client DWG Editor users are grouped into self-contained functional groups known as Applications. Each application is created to meet requirements of a specific group of users for a specific domain area. The Process Navigator enables users to select tasks by drilling down from the Application and Process levels.
For the currently logged-on user, the Process Navigator displays tasks appropriate to this user's role in the organization. The Process Navigator can and should be individually customized to only display tasks that are relevant to each user. Administrators can customize the Process Navigator to assign specific applications, processes, and tasks to specific users or user roles.
